Angela Evelyn Bassett was born in the US. Angela Evelyn is an American actor. Bassett originates born in New York New York. She was born in Winston-Salem North Carolina. Bassett and her sister, aged five, old, moved out of New York and into St. Petersburg to live with their mother, who was the separated father. Bassett was at the age of high school when she watched James Earl Jones staring John Steinbeck production Of Mice and Men and realized that her desire of being an actor had been realized. She attended Yale University New Haven Connecticut earning a bachelor's diploma (1980) in African American studies and a master's degree (1983) from the Yale School of Drama. While at Yale she came across Courtney B. Vance a fellow actor and the two married in 1997. Qualification: B.A. the Yale School of Drama conferred an M.A. in Fine Arts in African American Studies to Angela Bassett back in the year 1980. The school she attended was the school following: Jordan Park elementary school, Disston Middle School for seventh graders, Azalea Middle School for 8th and 9th grades and Boca Ciega High School. Angela Bassett currently works in one of her leading characters, Ramonda, in the action adventure film i.e. Black Panther: Wakanda forever (2022).
